Water dispenser faulty

I bought a hisense French fridge about two months ago, about three weeks later, the water dispenser was not dispensing water, I let the consultant at Hirsch know, he promised to sort it out, still today it's not sorted. I have been patient by calling them and they keep on saying they will call me back. I need answers.
