Warranty query from 21 January still not contacted to date! ********

I have bought an oven during a sale in July 2020, the oven I got was taken from the floor. It has 3 years warranty, The oven has stopped working, I contacted Hirsch's via facebook messenger and was told that my details have been sent to the Meadowdale Branch Manager, that was on the 21st January, I kept following up via messenger but to this day the Branch manager has not contacted me. I am clearly being ignored, they cannot uphold the same service provided to the customer when purchasing. Why have warranties if you will plainly ignore customers when electronics are no longer working? Hirsch's is a ****
