Waiting, paying, waiting, paying, waiting ....nothing gets done

R550 call out fee to tell me exactly what I told the consultant on the phone. Another R1800 to fix the oven in question. Repairs not done properly, oven still not working. Repairman comes out again after 2 weeks without fixing anything. Another two weeks passes by and not a word after promises of "we'll get back to you" ....this all panning out over the last 6 weeks. So tired of chasing up your service dept. So tired of paying for stuff to be fixed but in actual fact never fixed. So tired of chasing up emails. Very disappointed. Would have expected more from Hirsch's .....been passed from pilar to post and on principle will never support them again.
