Waiting 5 weeks for a ice machine pump

My Whirlpool Ice maker was bought on the 15/03/2012 with and extended guarantee until 15/03/2017 and ever since gave me problems. At least once every 3 months I had a problem with the machine not working. I have now been waiting 4-5 weeks for the pump to be replaced with no luck. I do get feedback though but it is only to say \wait longer". Their services was always great but with this machine it is not!!!<br> In this case with the part taking so long to acquire"
