Waited weeks and was ignored

I order an item from their online store and on the store it said "In Stock". A few days later I received an email saying the item in now on back order, delaying my delivery even more. Then they asked for a delivery date as I wasn't at home, I work from home only on certain days.

They confirmed they will delivery that week when I am home but the order never came and I was also ignored by the people trying to make the delivery. Now I am informed my item was moved back to stock since it has been weeks from the initial order.

Poor service that was definitely not worth the extra savings. Being ignored by the delivery agent will be the reason I never shop from them again.

They confirmed they will deliver this week now after a phone conversation. I am not very hopeful.
