Very Unsatisfied

I have spoken to Chantel at Hirsch Meadowdale and inquier if thy can order me a freezer draw for my Defy fridge, Chantel did came back , I got the quotation a week after that I had pay I send Chantel proof of payment and today that I inquire about the freezer draw I order , Chantel is off today the other lady not there left a message and still not herd anything back . no mails nothing , so thy take your money but they dont order anything.
