Very poor service at Hirsch`s service and repair

I took my solarDOM microwave in to Hirsch`s service and repair, more that 3 weeks ago, they sai that they would come back to me within 7-10 days, wich never happened, I had to go to them myself after 2 weeks and then they told me that they would come back to me within 1-2 days, it is now 6 days already so I phoned them this afternoon and spoke to a guy at there and he told me that some lady will phone me back later in the day, that also never happened!!!

I am so dissapointed in the service that I got from Hirsch`s in fourways, I would recommend that if someone wants to take they`re appliances there for service or repair, that they must reconsider!!
