Very poor service

I have bought appliances from this company for many years. They are no longer the great company that they used to be. Their service is terrible. I bought a new AEG automatic washing machine from them a few years ago. The motor needed brushes. They told me that I must buy a new motor at over R2000. I sourced brushes elsewhere for a couple of hundred Rands. The door seal failed. I phoned them for a new part. They never got back to me. I sourced a part elsewhere. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will no longer be purchasing from them.
