Very poor customer service, will not shop there again

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a part for a portable aircon through Hirsch Ballito. I was told that the part would arrive on a particular date (which was a while after the date of order) and when I called on the scheduled collection date to ensure that the relevant part was available for collection, I was told that the part had already been sold notwithstanding that they specifically ordered it for me. The individuals in the service department did not even have the courtesy to phone me and inform me of this so that I could make an alternate arrangement. I will not shop there again.
