It is such a pleasure coming on Hello Peter, to give a positive review. Hirsch's you simply rock. Yesterday afternoon my Washing Machine packed in on me - drum broke - advised too expensive to replace, and to buy a new one. Bought on line at 7.20pm on Thursday evening - had an issue on the online Portal, but their Chat link up was amazing with their assitance (real person not some automated link trying to ascertain an answer to your questions raised). This morning was confirmed delivery would happen tomorrow, then got a call to say they will deliver today. In essence order placed at 19h20 17/10, delivery by 12h30 18/10. Delivery personnel were exceptional too, unpacked the machine - ensured it was functioning correctly. Packed away my old machine on their truck and off they went. Can truly say I was blown away by the professional service from placing the order, through to on line assitance, follow up of the order, cconfirmation of delivery time and the delivery.
