Very bad service!! Make promises they can't keep

Our one year old fridge broke. We reported it on Saturday. It's Thursday evening and it's still not repaired. An employee with the name of Bradley promised to phone me back... 3 times.... He never did!! I will never ever buy anything from Hirsch's Centurion again
