Useless service centre in attempting to source parts

They're supposed to provide parts via their service centre. They're supposed to have online chat support that will gather information requried and then forward the appropriate details to you.

Well none of this works apart from chatting to someone who will then promise that they'll get the information sent through to you. Zip, nada, niks, nothing, ****** all.
