Useless Service

Today my review is on Hirsch's in Brakpan. We had bought a Hisense fridge from them before moving into our new home. The day we moved in we plugged on the fridge, everything seemed to be working fine until we noticed that there was a problem with the water dispenser. We had reported it and there was a technician that came out to have a look, it seems like this guy had no idea what he was talking about as he had told my wife that the whole door had to be changed, he took out a few pictures and said he will get back to us. On the 13/08/2020 I received a call from a lady who said that they are ordering parts for the water dispenser and we should have it within 7-10 working days, almost a month later and there hasn't been any communication. I have emailed the branch manager Alex to find out what is happening and to my surprise he is of no help either. I have been sending mails back and forth and haven't received a response from him. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from this branch as they are quick to take your money but when it comes getting stuff sorted nothing gets done, not a phone call or a reply to emails
