UNRELIABLE **** ****PY CUSTOMER SERVICE

A few months ago we purchased multiple Bosch kitchen equipment. This included a dishwasher and gas hob.

We had gas installed for the hob. When the hob was being installed, the specialist informed us that the hob was not working properly.

This problem was reported to Hirschs who insisted that we send them the COC before anything can be done to fix the problem.

We got the COC and had the hob removed by a specialist. We then physically returned the gas hob with the COC to Hirschs. They were meant to communicate with Bosch and resolve the problem. A few weeks later we are still waiting.

The dishwasher we discovered was also faulty. Hirschs was meant to organise for Bosch to come to us and assess / fix it. Nothing has happened.

This has been going on since November without any resolution.

Hirschs, it would seem does not care about resolving the situation!
