Unreliable Hirschs

I bought a fridge at Hirschs Silverlakes this week and paid a fortune for it and delivery of the fridge as it is an essential service. This was Friday after they promised to deliver it the same day. I still don't have the fridge and now they want a affidavits from me because I'm not an essential person???
