Unproffesional Staff

We recently approached the above store to purchase a gas stove,gas oven and a hob. They were having a special and we purchase the goods from the sales person(Shilton) . Shilton even promised to provide us witha gift that will be delivered with goods. We received the goods however there was no gift.. We inspected the goods only to find out that our gas oven which we thought we purchased was actually a electric oven. We contact Shilton, we were advised that the electric oven was provided as the gas oven does not bake or grills as good as an electric oven. This ridiculas as we were under the impression that we were buying a completed gas cooking unit and no stage during the sale did Shilton advise us that he was swoping the gas oven for the electric. This is not acceptable. We will not buy from your store any more and will advise all of our family and friends this event. and not to pruchase from Hirsch's
