Unprofessionsl and rude staff at HIrsch's Milnerton and rude owner

Have supported Hirsch's Milnerton for 6 years and always took out extended warranty. Recently complained about our dishwasher and technician was told to come out. Never came and requested for assistance from Hirsch once again. After weeks technician came out. Gave report but Hirschs does not come back to me unless I follow up. It's been more than a month now and nothing done about my dishwasher. Staff unfriendly and branch manager was rude and shouted at me and disconnected on me twice. Called owner Richard Hirsch and does not take responsibility for his staffs behaviour. Never received apology. Mr Hirsch pretends to help but makes matters worse and supports his staff instead of his customers. My husband called mr Hirsch today to complain but never gave him a hearing and raised his voice at my husband. We also complained about our washing machines (also giving problems)extended warranty which was told by the staff its active then inactive. Mr Hirsch does not listen to our complaints. We not getting anywhere. Staff *********** ,unfriendly and blatantly rude and after sales service non existent. Only interested in making sales. Will now have to get ombudsman involved as we at our wits end. Will never support them again
