Unhelpful at all

I bought a Samsung fridge with the ice maker and I have reported that the bucket doesn't sit well and keeps slipping. The technician came out, agreed and brought me a new bucket, but he saw it was the same. Now my ice is clogging and the fridge has extended warranty. They don't know how to resolve my issue. Why is it my problem considering it's not my defect.

Repair the fridge or get Samsung to resolve my issue. The compartment is faulty.
