Unhappy with cloud nine services

We bought a holiday home and bought everything new from Hirsch Strubenvalley..... After 3 months we phoned the sales lady from Hirsch and said to her that there is a problem with our bed..... She was very helpful and followed up regularly but the staff of cloud nine wasn't very helpful.... It took over a month for the person from cloud nine to come out to our property only to advise our domestic worker that we need to turn around our mattresses. We are still battling for them to replace our main bedroom bed with no luck. If there are anyone to help us to get in touch with someone at Hirsch to assist to solve this problem. Regards
