Unfair Black Friday

On thursday evening I viewed the Hirsch webpage and saw the amazing specials.Being black friday,I was at the store at 3 o clock in the morning.Becuase we were not allowed on the premises, we formed a line with our vehicles.I was car number 5 or 6.I knew i would finally get an LG 55inch TV at R5000.00.But to my dismay this did not occur.I experienced the following issues:1)The store manager upon arrival seemed unconcerned how people should form a line.He mentioned tickets will be issued, but no tickets given. An individual who came at 1 o clock met with people there and told them to keep her place and left stating an emergency. She came back just before the store could open and went behind the people she told to keep her place. I complained to staff who referred the matter to the manager who did not resolve it.Secondly upon entering the store, I was told by staff that the 55inch TV were sold, there was only 11 units available. The advert did state limited quanitities but not how many units were available. My recommendation to management of Hirsch, please enure people stand in line and anyone leaving the line lose their place.A system needs to be in place.Maybe as the cars come in, people should be given tickets. Those without cars, should stand behind the car that was in front of them. This will ensure people do not cut lines or leave space for families and friends.Secondly please state the quantities on the advert available at each store.Thirdly please on a day with a huge sale like Black friday, one tv unit on special to one TV licence number per store. This would avoid the problem, where one family of three purchased 3 LG TV 55inch with one TV licence. This will enable better shopping at Hirsch
