Unacceptable service from Hirsch

Unacceptable service from Hirsch. I called Hirsch on Wednesday 21/03/2018 as there is a fault with my oven. I get told it takes 3 to 5 days for a technician to call out. They took all my details and promised to call me back on Thursday. I stilled called everyday and they still said they would call back. I received no call on Thursday 22/03/2018, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. I am highly annoyed as I used my oven daily. If this is what service is like from Hirsch, I will not be buying from the store in future! Really unhappy!
