Unacceptable Customer Service!!!

We spend roughly between R20 000 - R40 000 per month at the Centurion Branch. We bought two washing machines from Alpheus Ngwenya on the 15th of September 2015. He created two invoices 1 in the correct name and 1 in the incorrect name. It was communicated to him on more than one occasion to please rectify the incorrect invoice and please send it with the driver, who will be delivering the 2nd washing machine. The 2nd washing machine has been delivered but we are still waiting for the correct invoice, he promised to deliver it personally. After numerous phone calls and even communicating to the sales manager we are still waiting for this invoice. Every time you phone him he is on his way. This is unacceptable behaviour!!! Today 22nd September I phoned him again twice the last time same story he is on his way and he put the phone down in my ear. We will take our business elsewhere from now on. Customer Service is definitely not a priority in this branch.
