Unacceptable after sale service

Unacceptable and unbelievable after sale service from Hirchs Umhlanga. They are very efficient and quick when they need the sale and thereafter any problems you have with the product just takes a deaf ear and no one is willing to assist you and no feedback or followup about the problem. I have been phoning the sales person and manager but still waiting for the past three weeks for a call and for the problem to be resolved. They have delivered a fridge to my brand new apartment that has so many debts on the front door. I will not recommend dealing with this branch as the service is pathetic.
