unable to beat pricing and poor service

I went into the store on Saturday with pamphlets of pricing at other stores. The salesman said that they are unable to beat the price. What's the point of me buying from Hirsch s then? Nevertheless I asked him for a quote as I needed to purchase ebucks vouchers. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard from the salesman again. Really poor service! Would share this story with everyone that I come into contact with. Call me if you have a solution. ***
