#greatbusiness. After being messed around by another electronics store, decided to try Hirsch's as my last resort. Went to the Centurion store on Old JHB Road and was met at the door by Boiki . Told him I was looking for a new Samsung TV and he took me straight to the Samsung section. Showed him the TV I wanted, told him I could get it cheaper somewhere else, didn't argue, asked me to give him proof which I did. Went off to speak to his manager while I carried on " window shopping" the other TV's. After about 10 min came back, apologised for not having stock, said they could match the price I had received and would have the TV delivered the following day. All in all I must have been in the store 30min to conclude the deal and do payment and paperwork. A big WELL DONE to Hirsch's and Boiki on this awesome service, you guys should be proud to have him on board, made the whole experience pleasant and easy. Although I didn't purchase from their other store, I do want to mention Edgar from the Fourways store who assisted me with TV brackets, also very friendly and professional.
