They sent me a reject and they ate avoiding paying my refund.

I should have the reviews before. These people are ******. I ordered AEG washing machine in October . The machine was not packaged properly when it was delivered, there was no protection at all, the white fomo things were broken and sitting at the bottom of the plastic that covered the machine. I looked a reject,I think it was rejected by a customer. I wish I could show you pictures for you to understand what I’m talking about. I returned the machine,on the 14/10/22 the machine was collected. They told me refund takes from 17-14 working days. Today, the 7/11/22 when phoned them , they are telling me that they are still going to check with their workshop if the machine reached the their workshop. I phoned 5 times, they kept saying they will come back to me,no one came back to me. I’m not going to talk to them anytime, I’m seeking legal advice, I’m tired of their nonsense. And I will never buy from those ****** anymore,never.
