They help even outside of warranty

I bought a fridge with them in 2011 and the fridge stopped cooling effectively. Now a warranty is meaningless if you have to go and try to find a repairer to honor the warranty. I phoned them they picked me up on their system, told me when and what I've bought from them before (pleasantly surprised) did not asked me for proof of purchase or any of the normal hassles. They arranged the repairs with the maintenance supplier. I really just made one call and they did the rest. This was about 1.5 years ago. Now it stopped working again and they again picked everything up on their system, its now out of warranty ( and really not concern of theirs anymore) but they still arranged with their other branches (since I've moved) to contact me to get it repaired. Really a great reason to shop with them as the warranty they have on the products really mean something.
