The worst vaccum cleaner that I have ever purchased.

I purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner for R10 500 in 2020. I purchased a 3 year comprehensive maintenance plan for R1 000. To date I have spent R3 305 in repairs not covered by the so called "comprehensive" maintenance plan. I have been in to the Springfield Park store at least 8 times regarding faults relating to this vacuum cleaner. On 13 July 2023 I took it in as it was not charging. When it was eventually returned to me it worked for 1 week and I had to return it again on 7 September 2023 for the same problem. When I collected the vacuum cleaner they forgot to return the pipe. They said that they would deliver the pipe to my home. To date they have not delivered the pipe to my home. I went back to the store on 16 October 2023. I was told that they would deliver the pipe to my home. To date they have not done this. I have not heard from them in this regard. The vacuum cleaner is very expensive. This is the worst vacuum cleaner that I have ever purchased.
