The Superglue Kings

Mr Allan Hirsch has no clue what goes on in his DBN repair centre, After taking my ELBA microwave into the repair center since 2010 and again on a yearly comeback and sometimes after picking it up returning again for a faulty keypad which I was charged for a new one every time, I discovered when I opened it up that they had just super glued the the original one every time, this was at a cost of R900-R1100 every time. Add it up this comes to a grand total of +/-R6000 . Not bad for a glue fix everytime. What is more frightening after contacting Allan & lallie of Hirsch's they where incapable of sourcing the part for the keypad, hence it sat in the workshop for 4 months. Eventually after doing all the groundwork and phone calls in getting a new keypad for R250. I have sorted it out. The attitude of Hirsch,s is one of arrogance and lack of communication and no service quality and ********** behavior. Disgusted!!!!!!!
