The Brand, Hirsch's...klomp *** as jy vir my vra

I bought a St Andrew's bed and base 3years ago.St Andews lasted about 3/4months,the springsor coils then started to fall apart and they came and chose their own mattress that replaced that one...so I never went into the shop and didn't have the opportunity to select another mattress,I was unhappy and went back and forth with the company saying that they should refund me instead of giving me **** to sleep on... Nothing came of it and I got tired of fighting and foing back and forth.....again after 3years the bed is entirely broken on the one side and they refuse to replace it without me having to cough up an extra R4k...really! I need some assistance, like insurance has an ombudsman,I want to knw what they will fall under,I am certainly not letting them take me for a ride...I will never recommend their service and I will not replace this mattress by them...I'll go to a competitor.. It's been 4weeks since I raised this query...to date it has not been resolved!Sharon and friends.. I sent through by banking details 2 weeks ago,refund my full original purchase,Hirsch's is supposed to be THE brand,net n klomp *** as jy vir my vra
