THANK YOU HIRSH'S AUTO

We bought a vehicle from Hirsh's Auto a few weeks ago. After one day of using the vehicle we could smell diesel and phoned Charl (sales person) immediately. He advised we take the vehicle back to them ASAP. When we got back to the showroom we were met with the owner, Dan, who apologised for the inconvenience. After checking the engine it was decided to keep the vehicle there for thorough inspection. We were offered another luxury vehicle as courtesy car. After fitting a brand new fuel pipe we could collect our vehicle the following day - NO EXTRA CHARGES, NO ARGUMENTS etc. etc.!!!! Well, Dan, Charl and Philip sincere gratitude from us for going those extra MILES with only friendliness!!!! From day one when we stepped into your showroom until after a serious problem was sorted out we can honestly say you guys are ONE IN A MILLION!!! We were sceptical about buying a second hand vehicle because we have had endless problems after buying a BRAND NEW vehicle from Mahindra Heidelberg, who kept on shifting the blame.....
