Terrible service. HIRSCH'S SPRINGFIELD

I visited Hirsch in springf**** park on Sunday 12/09/21 where they had a Samsung 617 double door fridge advertised for R19 999 as apart of their birthday sale which ends on 03/10/21 and the sales person assured me that this is when the price is valid until. Today on 18/09/21 I visited the store to purchase the fridge, now the fridge is marked for R27 399. The manager and current sales person refuses to sell me the Product for the price they had it advertised for. The manager and sales person now mentions that the price went up because they don't have stock which doesn't make sense when they advertised it a few days before for R7 000 less. This is a national sale so does this mean every store didn't have stock at this point. Product prices should not be increasing when a sale is on. It seems like the sales consultants and the manager of the Springfield branch does not care about customer satisfaction and are just doing what they feel like. I have taken pictures of the fridge on both visits to the store.
