TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM HIRSCH'S

Bought a Defy box freezer from Hirsch's. Faulty within the first two months. It was replaced by Defy and the same happened again after 11 months. Between Defy not accepting the fault and Hirsch's not responding I now need my money back from Hirsch's as the freezer was bought at Hirsch's. Trying to resolve this matter since March. Terrible service from Hirsch's.
