Terrible Service from Hirsch

We have purchased expensive appliances from Hirsch over the years. Had a issue with a Bosch Integrated Dishwasher (quiet expensive unit) that is 2years old. Logged a call to Hirsch and 4days later no responses or updates. Call the Call Centre and advised that if i have a reference number i must wait for them to call me back???
