Terrible service - Extended warrantee

I bought a Siemens fridge from Hirsch's on 2021/02/27 with an extended warranty. The fridge started freezing the content and I contacted Hirsch's on Monday (17/04/2023) morning . They said they would log a call with Siemens and it would take 72 hours for them to contact us to come out to fix the fridge. No one contacted us up till now. My husband went into the Hirsch's shop to find out what was going on and the feedback he got was that they will TRY and get someone from Siemens to come out today or MAYBE tomorrow to come and look at the fridge, meanwhile I am stuck without a fridge! DO NOT SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AT HIRSCH TO GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTEE
