Terrible service - don't buy an extended warrantee!!

I had an incident with your service department. I brought in my microwave (under an extended warranty) for a repair. The microwave was at the technician for almost a month - he said he was waiting for a part, but when I picked it up at your branch I was told that he **** and that nothing was wrong. I was furious! A couple of days later the microwave was stopping again showing an error code. I took it back to your branch on 23 July. I was promised that someone will be in contact first thing on Monday 25 July. It is now a week later. Throughout the first episode and now no one answers your branch phone? Job number is 645757. This has been a terrible experience!
