Terrible service at Hirschs Strubensvalley

I had the displeasure of dealing with Padriac Christian at Hirschs Strubensvalley early in September 2022 where I requested he get a quote for a fridge rack/tray for me as I purchased the Defy Fridge from Hirschs. He picked up my info from the system and advised he will call me the next day. As life happens it slipped my mind and 6 weeks later I called and spoke to him and he said he forgot but he would email me so he emailed me the various options on the 26/10 - I rep**** with queries on the 27/10 and to date I am still awaiting a response. Is this the kind of service that Hirschs offers? This guy has no clue about customer service and thinks he is a law unto himself. I would appreciate a response from someone else as I refuse to deal with him any longer.
