Terrible service and delivery

<p>Ordered and ordered and paid for a fridge and washing machine 10 days ago from hirschs requesting it to be delivered in the 1st of December at 1 in the afternoon ! It is now the 2nd of December and still no delivery ! Dispatch did not contact me yesterday confirming the delivery or even notify me that the delivery was not going to come on the 1st! Shocking service !!! </p>
