Terrible service.

Ordered a Defy shelf for a refrigerator and paid for it on 22Feb 2021. I have not been contacted and decided to go to the store today, 31 March. They are still waiting for it??????? Excuse after excuse. But nobody has bothered to contact me to inform me of this. Shocking service and won’t use this store for any purchases in the future.
