Terrible service

I purchased a Grundig oven from Hirsch's in Hype Park. (R5999.00.) The unit was recommended to me by a sales person. He said Grundig is backed by Defy, so all service and spares are fully available. On installation on the same day as my purchase, my installer accidentally broke the front glass door. I went the following day and ordered a new glass. The glass was more than half of the entire oven's cost. R3000.00. After waiting +/- two weeks, the replacement glass was incorrect. Again they ordered another glass, to which I had to pay an additional R300. Three weeks later the glass arrived. Again, an incorrect piece of glass. I purchased the oven on the 20 April 2024. It is now the 15 June 2024. So, it's been nearly been two months without an oven. I have already paid out R9300.00
