Terrible service

Very bad service from the air conditioning department. We had the air conditioner serviced, first appointment was forgotten about, we had to call to remind them, finally showed up a week later and did a service, found an overflow which was supposedly repaired, instead the unit was damaged and water started leaking, phoned them to come out, waited for two weeks, then came out and said they could not repair and would be back the next day, never showed, finally got a hold of the regional manager at the Fourways branch in Johannnesburg, sent someone over and found a leak, not repaired. He then called and promised to have it repaired, and nothing happened now two weeks later, today is the 15 December 19. Terribly disgusted with the entire attitude of the team at this company, and the lack of service provided. The floor sales team sucks up to you when you walk in the store but don’t deliver on any promises. I would like Mr Hirsch to know about this disgusting behavior of his staff.
