Terrible Experience with Zwilling Enfinigy Personal Blender and Hirsch's in Somerset West :warning:

If you’re considering purchasing a Zwilling Enfinigy Personal Blender, think twice! My experience with this blender was nothing short of disappointing. After just three months of purchasing, it stopped working entirely. To make matters worse, the supposed warranty that comes with it is practically useless. I returned the faulty blender to Hirsch’s in Somerset West, expecting at least decent customer service and a quick resolution. Unfortunately, I was met with dismissive staff who seemed more interested in passing the buck than helping a customer. They refused to credit the broken item, citing the need to "investigate the fault." Well, weeks have passed and I've heard nothing. Each time I visit or call, the response is the same tired excuse: “We’re working on it.” This blender was much more expensive than my previous Kambrook, which I bought from Clicks and has worked perfectly for four years. Clearly, Zwilling overcharges for inferior products, and Hirsch's offers abysmal service. If you're looking for durable appliances and customer service that respects your time and money, look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and avoid both Zwilling and Hirsch's.
