TERRIBLE customer service

Firstly they OVER charge you and cant refund they can only give you a voucher!! Then they deliver the wrong items. Branch manager of Hirsch Claremont Dhivian will then call you a **** after his sales rep has confirmed our goods the day before. As a customer they expect you to sort out the problem and inconvenive yourself for thier lack of customer service.
