TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to buy a Smeg Kettle from the Home Makers Expo and there was no stock - totally understandable as this was on the last day of the expo. I was told that if I paid for one there and then that I would have one delivered to my home the next day, as they had stock at their warehouse. <br> Three days later no delivery or contact from them. When I called to ask they told me they were bringing down stock from their JHB branch and I would receive it the following week. <br> The following week came and again, no kettle or contact. I called again and was told there was no stock in the country and the next shipment was arriving at the beginning of October. <br> One week into October, no kettle and no contact. I called AGAIN and was told the ship was now docking on the 22nd of October and they would have the goods by the 28th of October but that someone would call me to arrange a loan kettle to be delivered. Almost a week later, still no phone call, still not even the loan kettle. <br> Very disappointed in Hirsch's and will be going else where to furnish my ENTIRE kitchen, pity they have lost a customer.
