TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

To whom it may concern, I purchased an conditioning unit for my bedroom a few months ago and have had consistent problems with this unit's operation. I advised Hirsch's of the problem and they advised that they would order a new PC board for the unit and would replace it 3 weeks ago which they still have not done so till present. I called Hirsch's a few days ago to follow up and they advised that they would get someone to come to my house and replace the unit on Thursday April 14th 2016 but still no call.<br> <br> The after sales service has been really shocking to say the least.
