Technical teams not assisting

Bought a few items online and their delivery was quick. The tumble dryer unit is faulty. Hirsch Cape Town deals with a very poor technical company (Trico) who doesn't keep to their appointments and also lie about availability.

This company is not serious about assisting. I require them to replace the unit.
