Take or leave it, we don’t care

I bought a R5000 Miele vacuum from them. After using it a few times it packed in( had it for less than 2.5 weeks)I took the unit back. I requested a refund or credit as I now had no faith in this machine. Long story short I was told, come get your machine it’s now working, case closed as far as they are concerned. Not what I wanted, but seems I have no choice
