Sue at Hirschs head office - No Service

I've been trying to get Sue from Hirsch's head office to give me feedback on my outstanding credit for a defective item I returned. Sue simply ignores everyone's emails and gives no feedback. Pathetic service from Hirschs head office and Sue. I supp**** the original credit note and the invoice when I used some of the credit but still no feedback. Unbelievable.
