Substandard Customer Experience : SPRINGFIELD BRANCH

The most demeaning and condescending customer experience from the sales person at the Springfield store. The haughtiness , lack of tolerance and negative body language is second to none. The sales person was rolling her eyes at the floor manageress when I queried re: the loyalty card. The sales consultant was rude , offish in her manner and I personally felt I was ethnographically profiled. Her manner and abruptness was so bad especially when she tells the cashier ‘she and her’ when referring to the customer who is right there ( me) ready to make payment . Unacceptable standards of low and a very poor customer experience
