Still waiting - Hirsch's

Our washing machine first started making noises on its spinning cycle about 3 weeks agoand we knew this wasn't normal so we called Hirsch's because it is still under warranty. they came out to have a look at it within a day of calling absolute pleasure, they had a look at it and could immediately tell it needed new bearings in the drum, we were instructed not to use it and someone would come and collect it and the service would take from 3-5 working days.

after countless of calls to hirsch's over the last 3 weeks they still have not collected the washing machine , that is 3 weeks where we have not been able to do washing! each time we called we got bounced around from department to department and sometimes even hung up on because no one could give us an answer and when we did eventually speak to the manager he gave us a date and arranged pick up so my boyfriend took the day off work to let them take it only for them to not come collect it !

so we called again and were told they would collect it before 12 today.Got a phone call from the driver asking if the could pick it up at one my boyfriend rushed home to let them in. it is now almost 2 and they still have not arrived. we are very dissatisfied with this type of service we have received! this will be the 4th week we are unable to do washing and i will be sending them a dry cleaning bill
